Does it matter, Diz....last I checked the Left is NOT in charge of the Executive Branch which means they are not in position to come up with and implement a full-fledged plan...that is our fearless leader's job.....the Left can only make suggestions which they have done many times....

Probably....to at least placate you guys on the loony tune right. But, in the end, what good would it do? Would the Bush Administration consider his plan or parts thereof? I suspect not....they rejected most if not all of the ISG's suggestions, they have not considered any of Biden's plan, etc. which is, of course, all within the Administration's prerogative.

Better losing 'em there then in the liberals failed war on poverty. So much for the "great society" huh?
