I actually agree with you about him not being asked. But by the same token, isn't Scooter really in the same boat? His offense, if any, occurred when he shouldn't have been asked.
And I really don't care about Scooter. Any 50+ y/o man that still goes by the name Scooter is guilty of something, imo. But fair is fair.
If there are actual allegations of wrongdoing, investigate away. But hating GWB or Cheney or Israel is not a basis for an investigation, imo.

Hopefully we have a short range shield in place. something tesla-ish would be nice. If Moscow had it in the 80's we better have it as well.
