Bill opposing troop surge likely to pass

WASHINGTON - A resolution criticizing President Bush for his decision to send more troops to Iraq is expected to pass the House in a rare admonishment of a wartime commander-in-chief.

Well, I think that we must now do whatever it takes to "win" and bring our troops home... But, I think that we are fighting more than one country in Iraq. I think that the war will become more intense in the next few months.
Gix, I just don't think that this was our problem to correct... Police a nation and hope to stop a " WMD" attack on America; it's a good reason to become the enforcer, however, " the intell on Iraq Failed". When do we come home?

How about when the job is done?

Does doing everything it takes to win include rhetoric from the left of..... REDEPLOY, PULLOUT, DEFUND, NO TROOPS SURGE... This is themessage from the left......

Why haven't we heard WE MUST WIN from the left...... This proves that the democrats are INVESTING THEMSELVES IN DEFEAT...

It's possible that the democrats want to end an occupation that isn't in the best interest of America and it's national security... I also don't see why Rep don't admit that it was a mistake to attack Iraq.. I am not a rep or dem, I am just an American concerned about the future America and it's security...

First off it is not an ocupation..... We would of been long gone but the jihadist had to fuck around...... So we stay..... little do they realize if they stop fighting us we will eventually leave.....

And as far as national security..... that is what America is doing....it is taking care of a cockaroach problem that has been left to infest the world....

A mistake............... tell that to the family's of the fallen soldiers..... the mission is noble and our cause is just....

If you are so worried about national security enlist and fight for your country.....
