The Sunni Muslims in Iraq are deliberately targetting the Shiites to try and spark off a civil war..
And also, Gix, it's very common for an Arab to use terror to thwart democracy.. Next let me tell you about a Shiite doctor Aqeel Abdul Hussein. He lived in a sunni neighborhood for 15 years. Now he has left the neighborhood. He was feeling like an outcast after someone left a poster on his door calling him a "rafida"-- a rejectionist... Albout 50% of the daily carnage that happens in Iraq is between Sunnis and Shiites.. I know that you know this, Gix, you don't seem like the idiot type.. |

Maybe the two should continue to be pitted against the other so that all of their attention is spent killing each other about whether or not a magical imam will spring forth from a well.
In other words maybe we should take action that will help them to maintain their hatred so that more of them die. Especially the "radical" ones.
