Default "Ladies and gentlemen, these are not assertions. These are facts!"

Secretary of State Colon Powell, tesifying about Iraq's chemical, biological and nuclear weapons capabilities before the United Nations Security Council, Feb. 5, 2003.
These facts are corroborated by many sources, some of them sources of the intelligence services of other countries.
Whew, I am so glad he didn't mention our intelligence service, that was a close one.

IN 2005 Powell gave a statement saying that it was painful for him to learn he was misled and in turn misled the world with his testomony to the U.N.He said it was devastating to learn some intelligence agents new his information was unreliable but did not speak up.
