It's pure skill and luck that troops are coming back from their 3rd and 4th rotations.

Who said anything about the way they feel about the handeling of the war? I know how they feel about that. They want to loosten up the rules of engagement. They arent mad at bush. However i was talking about the mission of the war in general. I said nothing of their disaproval of the handeling of this war. This is why i asked you to send me the link. I knew what you were going to post before you posted it!

Smitty, the majority of the service members that I interact with agree that the war needs to take a different course of action in order to be effective. No, I don't know any grunts, but I do know Marines who are E7 and above.

I didnt say anything about the handeling of the war. I was talking about how much the troops believe in compleating the mission of this war! You friends can critisize the handeling of this war but im sure they agree with the fact that we need to see iraq to sucess! That was my point.

No where in your link are numbers stating how much the military wants to see this war to a sucessful changeover with iraq. Just their disapproval of how the war is handled.

Smitty; Look, the people that I know that have been in Iraq aren't your run of the mill military members. They do want a succesful changever with Iraq, but we're not accomplishing it on this course of action.

Thanks for provig my point. I was simply pointing out exactly that! The troops believe in this mission. Show me where i said anything about their beliefe in the handeling of this war. Their disapproval on how the war is handeld has no effect on their support and resolve for a free iraq!
