"Has the UN deemed the invasion illegal? Hitler BROKE treaties when he attacked Poland and other countries that was why that was illegal."

Because they did not strike against us!!!!!! NO WMD'S!!!!!!!!!! BUSH HAD PLANS TO GO IN PRE-911. THEY ARE A SOVEREIGN NATION!!!!!! SADDAM BREACHED UN RESOLUTIONS..THEREFORE UN HAS JURISDICTION, NOT THE GLOBAL SECURITY ARMED FORCES OF AMERICA.

Spitty - What about the argument I made in Post #19? Since Saddam violated the Gulf War ceasefire agreement, then isn't the ceasefire voided? And if the ceasefire is rendered null and void, then wouldn't the original UN authorization for the Gulf War in 1990 come back into effect?

Bush had plans pre 911..............please show us proof of this

Soverign nation with sancion that told them they had to do A,B,C or W would happen.

UN was in bed with saddam making millions off the oil for food program... Oh and this went all the up to KOFI ANNAN. Looks like the UN is the good ol boys club. And yes they do protect there own.
