I never said it was right or noble I said it wasn't illegal.
There are lots of thing that aren't noble but are legal.

People who get off anything that makes our country and our goverment look bad point out any statement by any dipsh*t like what they have say is fact. You people can't even admit that he deserved to die, he is lucky they didn't kill him in the matter that he killed their family and friends. Get a clue!
Saddams conviction had nothing to do with the Kurds, yet a part of Bush's justification for selling the need to invade Iraq was for the War Crimes Saddam committed against the Kurds by using the gas/chemicals he purchased from the U.S. in the 80's. The U.S. made themselves look bad by exporting chemicals to use in warfare to Iraq, why don't you get a Clue!!!

Ya think Bush could have sold the reason for toppling Saddam based on what
Saddam was actually put on trial for??????

Simply put, Saddam should have been put on Trial for crimes against hummanity when he gased the Kurds and when he gased the Iranians.

Saddam should have been put on trial before the WORLD COURT AT THE HAGUE!!!! Using Chemical weapons on hummanity is a War Crime. You get a Clue.

Yes the gassing of the kurds was one of the justifications for going to war, and he will be tried for those crimes even though he is already dead. The group that already tried and convicted him, charged him with crimes against their people. They have have a right to enforce the sentence given to him, just because he has more trials in the future doesn't mean they shouldn't go through with specifications of his sentence. They are just the ones who got to have their trial first.

SORRY DUDE, nice try, however, Saddam should have been tried in the World Court instead of the KANGAROO COURT which was held in Iraq. Saddam committed war crimes and crimes against hummanity and should have been tried before the World at the Hague!!!.......NOT IN A WORN TORN CHAOTIC COUNTRY where judges and lawyers trying Saddam were being killed wholesale.

Oh by the way "CYBER LAWYER" how will Saddam be tried for the crimes you just stated when he won't be there to defend himself........how much sense does that make?

Wow. Now that is hatred, trying a convicted, dead man. How more hateful can you get. It sound almost as hateful as some the Cubans in Little Havana.
