I have a few ideas.

If the democrats want to be hailed as saviors, get rid of the Department of Education and the Internal Revenue Service, two departments that are a complete waste of taxpayer expense. Just imagine the savings!!

That is under the assumpition people had a long term plan that said they did in first place. They did not.
