Here's the truth:

In the beginning, almost everyone in Iraq was ecstatic that America was going to topple the greatest rock they ever knew, Saddam and his henchmen. Why wouldn't they? The greatest country in the world was about to save their assses from Satan incarnated. However, like I told Smitty, now Iraqis have questioned the American policies, like how they let go a lot of terrorists that are captured by the Iraqi police or army. Iraqis want a demacracy, no doubt, but they don't want Americans to be holding their hand forever. Most Iraqis I've talked to want the Iraqi gov't to take charge. They don't exactly want the Americans to totally leave, they just want the Iraqis themselves to have some more power. I'm sure many of you have read the recent news of the 6 or 7 terrorists hanged. I'm not sure that you know that many more were captured, but because of Americans telling the Iraqis to let them go, possibly many to-be terrorists were freed. This grudge is building with every new person released.

The only problem: Americans aren't giving Iraqis more power.

We give too much freedom to our enemys! In order for us to detain them we need proof beyond a shadow of a doubt! This is how liberalism fucks us in the end!
