Rice pushes Security Council on Iran

I don't have any doubts about the UN's credibility. I think it is zero?

Does anyone agree with Condi that there needs to be a strong message? (aka 40 kilotons of fun in the form of some nuclear weapons? )

Is this what Condi is saying? Nuke Iran? Well... I guess we'll have mushroom clouds after all... cross another Bush lie off the list. Ya gotta love the irony of a self fulfilling prophecy.

Does there need to be a strong message? Yes of course there does. But do you really think after opening Pandora's box with a preemptive war, it would be wise to let the nuclear genie back out of it's lamp?

I guess if it has to happen, someone other than Cheney better be aiming the damn thing or we might end up blowing off Canada's face.

Seriously though, this is some of the most dangerous rhetoric I have heard in a while. No nation can use nuclear weapons without opening the door for other nations to use them for their own "justified" reasons. We will no longer have the high ground on this issue. Yes I know, we have already used them, but those were different times and vastly different circumstances.

NO NUKES!
