I show this video to two of my active duty military friends and guess what.
They said that showing stuff like this hurts our troops and aids the enemy. They said that it is not as bad over there as the Democrats would like us to think. Before you say something stupid both of them have been for two rotations and are going back again. One reenlisted because he says we are doing good for the people over there.
So our military personal say you are aiding the enemy as well.

I doubt seriously if any of the soldiers in the video want it to be seen by anyone.

Secondly, if there was footage of WWI or WW II what do you think that would look like. How about actual footage of the D-Day landing, do you think that would be so gruesome that if we had seen it we should have quit fighting and just went home? What if we would have had actual videos we could have seen of Iwo Jima? Wouldn't those have been so gruesome that again, we would just pack it in and go home?

I am not saying that the soldiers getting shot at and some killed is acceptable, I would hope no person wants that to happen. Thing is, don't you say that you just wanted to inform people what was going on, you had a specific agenda.

And I would say that Kix probably does know what is going on in Iraq since he has a son who has been there (I think twice). Just like many have an idea of what is going on there. I get 7-10 emails a week (when they can have access) from a three different guys over there, and they hold nothing back. They will not sugarcoat it and don't agree with a lot of things going on, but whether you believe it or not, they believe they are doing a good thing. I am not in a position to, nor will I, tell them any different. Just like you are not in a position to tell them they are accomplishing nothing. Evidently, they believe they are, I would say they are qualified to make that decision.

I to have shown this video to active duty military and many do not feel it is aiding the enemy, the video is showing the realities of serving in Iraq. The point is they know the snipers are out there and their is little they can do but "STAY-THE-COURSE"!!! You see the military is a diverse environment and not all military members think in robotic solidarity.

Every single military member in uniform do not look forward to rotating back to Iraq on their 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th......... tour of duty with no end in sight until they are dead. Now, Im sure you are right that some military members will follow Bush over a clift if instructed and don't mind returning on their 2nd, 3rd, 4th tour and so on----but let's not assume that all military members in Iraq support what Numsfeld is doing with our military---nor do all military members support and respect Bush and his band of Neocons.

Its just that the UCMJ demands you show respect to the President---but under their breath and behind closed doors they let their true feeling out about their displeasure they have with this out of Conrol incompetent President and his Administration.
