What really is the death toll of US Combatants in Iraq/Afghanistan, I hear figures of 2500 up to 10,000, which is it. I mean with todays news media, what do you believe. Just recently in Victoria, there was a horror road smash, with 7 people killed. The first news stories on the accident, said that there where only 4 killed, same time different channel, were saying 6 killed. There were all other quotes on the death toll, until the next day, when it was offically 7. Get what I mean. who do you believe?  |

The problem is that media fights to be the first to break a story. When you rush you make mistakes. Good journalism has been replaced by fast journalism.

I don't know in your country, but in this country there seems to be a lack of willing, investergatory jounalist anymore. No more real truth stories, uncovering corrupt doings of government. |
