I think that is talking about a Zogby poll. Zogby is notoriously pro-Democrat and anti-Bush. He has refused to release the demographics of the poll and it contained lots of loaded questions:

If it's really a non-biased, accurate poll of the military, why won't he tell people the statistics so they can analyze it themselves?

I had not seen the Zogby poll but that is not the one I a referring to. Results could be skewed in many respects for example national Guardsman on their third stay as opposed to someone who joined the military to be in Iraq.
