Wrong....at least thirty other countries believed that Iraq had WMDs and out of those thirty plus countries, this list shows those that contributed toward military action...... Afghanistan, Albania, Australia, Azerbaijan, Colombia, the Czech Republic, Denmark,
El Salvador, Eritrea, Estonia, Ethiopia, Georgia, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, the Netherlands, Nicaragua, the Philippines, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Turkey, the United Kingdom, and Uzbekistan. There are at least another 15 or so countries not listed that gave their support in a non-military role.
Shortly after the war, I saw the Russian amassador to the UN on Charlie Rose who stated that even his country was surprised that no large numbers of WMDs were found. The "myth" is entirely yours.

Not sure where you're going here....in Hans Blix's last report to the UN, he underlines numerous unresolved issues related to Iraqi weapons of mass destruction. He may have been against military action, but so what!
As far as Israel goes, why single them out and if you need to ask why they abstained from participating you really haven't a clue.
