No, I mean areyoushittinme, sorry, I wasn't clear.....he/she is using Moral Relativity to argue his/her point. You on the other hand have stated an absolute..the Rules which Govern those who enlist.

Amazed is making a very valid point...I, who happen to be a he who has been drafted, twice, am addressing this from a different perspective which if you look at it a slight bit differently you may be able to understand why I say I agree with you and yet make an argument which you see as a sign that I don't.

This is just one more example of people not taking responsibility for their own actions. When anyone signs a contract it is their own ignorance for not understanding all of it's entirety. I have never signed anything I did not read and fully understand. If I do not understand legal terminology I will take it to an attorney, pay them $50 and ask them to interpret the parts of the contract I do not understand...
Just like a prenuptual agreement. Another type of contract where people do not accept responsibilities of their own actions after they have a change of heart/mind.

Huh?
A prenupt defines the lack of responsibility should there be a change of heart/mind.

I didn't know, so I was playing it safe.

Exactly, I used a prenuptual as an example of how often it is taken back to court where one person does NOT want to fulfill the contract as it was signed......
Just like the soldier who does not want to fulfill the contract signed.

Bush had a contract with the public to tell us the truth about the WMD's. He broke it.
We've gotten a long distance from the militia man representing his rights to fight as an individual to this forced corporate contract with a weird big brother brave new world military hiding inside it's stainless steel headquarters enforcing contracts like lawyers.

-If you believe that then you also need to blame a dozen other countries, john kerry and a slew of the democrat party because Bush invited many into the CIA and DOD's reviews of evidence gathered from multiple countries sources (including the UN). At one time everyone agreed based on the same information which was the result of some 14 or more UN resolutions to use military force.
The argument you use is indicative of someone that refuses to stay up to date and only spews the rhetoric the media reported yester year...
If someone did LIE blame it on the intelligence agencies from a dozen countries AND the informants that gave testimony to the UN! You're argument is repugnant and wrong.
