1. Quarentine all cities such as San Francisco, Chicago and Boulder and designate them as "no defense zones". Allowing them to fend for themselves and negotiate with Al Qaeda, Hezbolla and Hamas. If attacked, allow them to counter with an offensive of diplomacy.

2. If a terrorist is apprehended and gives up information on attacking one of those cities, put them up free of charge in a Hyatt and allow them to go about their business.

3. Allow all registered democrats in the military to obtain an honerable discharge. I believe there are about 30 of them so it would have no effect on military readiness.

4. Empty Guantanamo and release them like rats into all sancuary cities. Making certain that they are implanted with homing beacons in their heads. The libs will take care of them from then on.

5. Supply every registered democrat with a wind generator, a solar panel and a Preus. The Preus will be irrelivant because they run on petroleum. But then again, none of them actually drive them anyway. The rest of us "real americans" can open up Anwar and drive SUVs.

6. Give democrats free universal health care. It seems they are the only ones that ever get sick and whine about it anyway. The rest of us will save our money and buy what we need when we need it.

7. Extract all gays from the military. Oh ya, I already took care of that by extracting all the democrats from the military.

8. Tax all libs at a 70% rate. It is their philosophy that that would stimulate the economy and grow it like in the 90's. The rest of us will keep it at 30% and work off of our own economy. Surely the dems would soon dominate.

9. Give illegals a free bus ticket to any sancuary city in the country. No restrictions. As long as they stay within the city limits. We all know that illegals are the driving force behind our economy these cities would explode with new wealth.

10. Take all registered democrats family members out of Arlington National Cemetary. The libs are so discusted by the thought of serving their country that surely their diceased loved ones would agree and want to be removed.
