The average American tax payer would be appalled. It wouldn't be tolerated if renovations were being done on private businesses or residental homes.

I agree, they do deserve better, both while enlisted and when their back to their civilian status. It's a crying shame that the troops need to suffer from partisan politics. Afterall, if it wasn't for the fighting men and women of this great country, none of these jokers would be where they are.
