- Roosevelt, democrat during WWII (who also put in more socialized programs than any other - we live today with the bankrup social security system due to Dems)
- Truman, Korean war
- Kennedy/Johnson, Viet Nam War
- Clinton, Bosnia and Mogadishu

The GOP had to clean up the messes left by the Dems each time. Bush is cleaning up the Muslim mess left by Clinton - the muslims kicked Clintons ass at Mogadishu - this is likely the most motivating event that has led to the current war on terror.
