And if you say that your property rights protect you from my dumping on your property, I say, "not if I'm a power plant working with the Bush administration - they will let me dump mercury, oxides that will combine with H2O to for acids, cadmium, and lots of other toxic waste on your property as long as it is delivered to your property in the rain water."
And you certainly don't want to prevent me from dumping those toxics on your property because that would be Dogmatic Socialist central planning.
