Terror is an abstract state of mind, how can you fight a war against it? It's a catchy phrase, and covers a broad spectrum of possible issues.
But I have to question why we are spending billions on a war against nobody/everybody, based on information that cannot be substantiated any more than terror has declared war on us.
I would like to hear the truth for a change. Instead of government in spite of the people.
