Default The Ramifications of "winning" in Iraq

Here is something that I have thought of often. Things are going well in Iraq, so hopefully soon we will be bringing our troops home. In the meantime consider this:

We have spent billions of dollars in Iraq. Before it is over we will spend billions more, restoring/improving their infrastructure, training their police and military, ARMING their military. Now, what happens when we leave. Has it escaped some peoples attention that the government that we are supporting over there, that control the military that we are arming and training, are very friendly with the "biggest threat to the US" now. That, of course is Iran.
