What are you talking about? Your knowledge of Christianity is monumentally flawed if what you state is what you believe. Please elaborate without labeling.

Here's my point in a nutshell (so even Cookie can understand). Al-Qaida, by their own admission planned 9/11 for seven years...which coincidentally includes most of Clinton's term. bin Laden got pissed even earlier than that. So it's not just Bush's policies. Bush policy is Clinton policy, is Bush policy, is Reagan policy, is Carter policy and will be Clinton II policy. See, hate to burst bubbles but they're not different. That's only if you want to view it through a political lens.

The religious lens is not as sexy but is more interesting. The biggest problem there is that there are too many people like Cookie who express very little actual knowledge of religion yet won't let that get in their way. I heard it said once that if you want people to think you possess great knowledge, it is helpful to actually possess great knowledge. bin Laden's own words define the religious aspect...and it involves conversion as a way to stop his holy war. But that's probbably the Christian's fault (that's for you Cookie).
