Default Medal Of Honor Soldiers Calls For The Troops To Come Home From Iraq.

This soldier who won the medal of honor calls for the troops to come home from Iraq

Arkansas News Bureau - Medal of Honor winners call for end to war in Iraq

Oh and I caught general Sanchez's statement about how badly the war has been run today on TV . he was fired up. He said he read the file of every man under his command who died in iraq after their death and blames their deaths on politicians who do not know how to prosecute a war. The Administration is who he blamed.

According to General Sanchez many top brass military fill the way he does and more and more will be coming out to speak about how badly this war has been run as they retire. Seems these men really do care about the lives of the troops who serve under them and want to keep this from happening again.

They better hurry up, I think Bush means to bomb Iran and then they will find themselves in a world of hurt.

Peach, many of the ranking people I know have been calling not for pulling the troops back but changing the way the war is being fought. This kinda reminds of the way the Viet Nam war was being fought from Washington.

Default I understand that Rob

I just posted a thread that has a lot of info about the 20 generals who have spoken out about the war for various reasons. Seems some are saying they believe the war should have never been fought , you'll have to read that article. I am going to try to find transcripts of what each has said. I know Sanchez was upset that intelligence failed , congress did not investigate , and that the Administration has ran the war poorly. When asked if we should have went to iraq at all Sanchez waffled , he said we should have paid more attention to Afghanistan , but I have a feeling he will say more as will the rest of these guys . Generals care about the lives of the men who serve under them. This war has been run poorly and cost many soldiers their lives and now they want to expand the war and bomb Iran . The generals are honorable men , they know we are in no position to expand the war right now and that would mean the death of more soldiers . So they are speaking up to try to keep the mistake of Iraq from happening again.

Oh Rob the article quotes a general from Vietnam who says the vietnam war was just the US sticking its nose where it did not belong. ( I'm paraphrasing , you'll have to read it for yourself) That should be interesting to a vet like you Rob. Hope its not upsetting for you to read it. I really do.

But on the other hand , you know me I do not believe in preemptive wars. Speaking out against them is my attempt to stop them from happening and soldiers and innocents dying needlessly.

Forgive me dear Rob , I hope you know I would never intentionally hurt you I respect you a lot in the time I have come to know you.

Isn't that funny that she praises THIS Medol of Honor winner, but IGNORES the SEAL who just won one? No agenda there.

Isn't it funny that the guy was given a Medal Of honor for trying to save his own ass? Or did Bush arrange it because he wanted to ride another dead GI body to get free press? Yes, that's it.

I respect and honor all our soldiers in all the branches of the military dizzy.

they are just trying to do their jobs.

I am just trying to keep soldiers I love and know personally, from being killed in a war that we probably should have never went into , buts its clear is not being run right by the suits in washington. I care that soldiers I do not know get killed too dizzy that is something I am sure you have a hard time understanding , because it seems you care for nobody but yourself.

If you had any concerns for our soldiers dizzy you would feel the same way.

I think its great we give soldiers the medal of honor.

Did you see the thread I started about the medal of honor winner who is calling for a withdrawal of troops from iraq?

I think its great guys like this speak up , they have earned the right to.

Unlike people like you who are wanna bees and stand on the side lines and cheer the men who are putting their lives at risk.

Now dizzy you can either apologize for being a general all over creep, or this is our last conversation. I am very good at ignoring creeps and that is all I have ever seen you be.

So apologize or good bye, truthfully I prefer good bye

He was given the Medal SAVING lives, while giving his own. Foreign concept to you isn't it?
