Gee isn't it the job of Comgress to fund the Military?

So whats the point?
All funding asked for has been given ,at first by the rep. controled congress and now by the dem. controlled congress.
troops sent without proper equipment and false expectations and no clear mission statement started at the outset othis fiasco.
You say you served there and I can understand you don't want to have done that for nothing or for the wrong reasons.That doesn't make you a better person or a better American than someone that disagrees with your position .
It doesn't make you a worse person either.
We all defend our opinions and sometimes change them.

A) I didn't serve "there." I took my High School trip to Vietnam.

B) Why doesn't our Congress that "supports the troops" give more funding for armor, and equipment? Afraid it will get in the way of Hildabeasts $5000 for newborn, or $1000 Gov funded IRA's?
