Default Inresting comment about the media and Generals

"It appears we have appointed our worst generals to command forces, and our most gifted and brilliant
to edit newspapers. In fact, I discovered by reading newspapers that these editor/geniuses plainly saw all
my strategic defects from the start, yet failed to inform me until it was too late. Accordingly, I am readily
willing to yield my command to these obviously superior intellects, and I will, in turn, do my best for the Cause
by writing editorials - after the fact."

- Robert E. Lee, 1863

Well, this hardly fits and argument Bush could make...he goes through Generals who don't agree with him like a spoiled child wanting yet ANOTHER toy for Christmas. He's on his what? 4th General in Iraq? Finally got a yes man.

And there have been many generals, active and retired, who have told bush he was wrong to go into Iraq and that his lack of strategy is what is hurting us....bush refuses to listen to the advice of those with knowledge and like the rest of his remaining staff, simply chooses those who will stroke his ego.
