Id really like to see a source for this. I don't believe it occurred. I don't believe those words were Powell's. And I really don't think Powell is that fucking stupid to believe them. The words are simply a lie. The Spanish American war yielded much territory for Americans. Mexican war did the same some from World war two as well.
