Wonder why our gas prices are up.....how about sending crude to India to be refined and then sending it back to the US. Why wasn't this built here? Cheap labor? Article at:

I am bringing this up as I just heard them bragging on MSNBC that the refinery was at full capacity already. What we hear in the US is that it would take years to get one going.
