Personally it is gross to me, I don't want to eat it, but I don't want deer, squirrel, or other wild meats either. I guess I'm spoiled to good ole farm raised meat. lol
I was mearly making a point that some are sensitive becasue they are being raised & slaughtered here in the state.

Ok. But I don't think many Texans are directly effected in a negative way. So why is this even an issue?

Vincent, as far as my experience is concerned I don't think any nationality is barbaric unless they are eating humans. Who knows, horse might be tasty.

While stationed in SEA I unknowingly ate monkey meat...Kind of tastes like Pork.

Coug i agree with you. Google feed lots and you see issues to be concerned with. I believe in consuming only meat from free range cows or chicken. I think putting tens of thousand sof animals crammed in a pen for their life is cruel. I think any animal slaughtered for its meat it should be doen humanely regardless if it cow,chicken,pig,horse,or rabbit.
