Makes me glad I don't live in Phoenix anymore....I hope this report gets to someone authorized to do something about it (doubtful).

So do I. Did you watch the video? It's just plain sickening. At one point security was asleep for 20 min.

I never had to fly in or out of Sky Harbor, but had to pick up family a couple of times when they came to visit. Sounds like security was better way back then (18 yrs ago)....But it was during the daytime and apparantly not the scary hours.

Yeah. I don't know. I've never been in or out of there and whenever I've been through airport security it's been nice and tight. I guess that's why I'm in so much shock.

Great...we fly out of there in Dec. '07. We flew into Tucson, AZ, last night...remodeling is being done inside...construction works had doors open to the outside...it bothered me...anyone could have entered.

Another fine example of homeland security (govt.) taking our tax dollars and then doing a half as job. When the airport rep said it happens in other airports all over the US well that I don't doubt bad part is now anyone that has any idea of commiting a crime, well now they know there weakness. I new this homeland security was going to be a frigen joke when it first started just another drag on the tax payers to enlarge the govt.. Flip side hell don't mind at all paying a few extra tax dollars IF THEY WOULD USE IT TO ACTUALY SECURE THIS COUNTRY. You know what you can do with a good plan and a 20 min. window that is scary.
