I am asking because for some reason my wife was impressed by him. He asked what people on this forum thought of him. I have never heard him mentioned. I have relatives in Napa and San Francisco who dislike Arnold although I do not know why.

I am a Republican and never supported the Shaxilweierja;danafjnegger campaign.

I voted NO in the recall and voted for Tom McClintock.

I sit on the Republican committee and I don't know of anyone who thinks he is anything much more than a vapid dip.



Here is how I put it:

California has four flat tires and Arnold hasn't even ATTEMPTED to locate the spare.





I didn't like Gray Davis, but he did nothing for which to be recalled. He was recalled 18 months after he was overwhelmingly elected. It cost the state millions of dollars we don't have. Then Arnold pases a $15 billion bond measure. Then Arnold demands a special election that cost the people of California untold millions of dollars.

Interesting post....My wife a registered republican is searching for a"republican" for 2008(do not go into the he does not qualify because he was not born in the US we know that) She despises Bush and Frist ...likes McCain but does not think he can win. Somehow she thinks he sounded reasonable on a few clips. I have 2 relatives in california (one is right and one is left) and neither like him but we do not discuss politics the one time of year we see them(we like to keep thanksgiving friendly).
