"Going postal" is not just some empty phraseology.

It depends on where you live, I hate to quote form Wikipeda, but since I do work in what I call a "Right to get fired state" I know what I am talking about :
Right-to-work law - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Quote:

Right-to-work laws are statutes enforced in twenty-two U.S. States, mostly in the southern or western U.S., allowed under provisions of the Taft-Hartley Act, which prohibit agreements between trade unions and employers making membership or payment of union dues or "fees" a condition of employment, either before or after hiring.

These F'in states can fire for any reason at all, they can fire you if they don't like the way you dress.

I got to disagree george .
Unless the worker acts unstable or mentally ill it is not his boss's business what he has in his vehicle.

If that company belonged to a private individual or group, you'd lose that argument.

If your an American and believe in constitutional rights...then don't do business with George.
|
>>>FOTM is, there is no constitutional right to bring a weapon onto anybody's place of business. In fact, trying bringing an unauthorized gun onto a military installation. And those places belong to the public.

if you treat your employees with respect you'll never have to worry about that happening, maybe if someone was trying to rob or harm you, you'd be happy an employee had a firearm to protect you, and besides you must be 1 of those girly men,who wouldn't be man enough to save your own hide, thank god there were no girly men 60yrs. ago or we might be the united states of japan!!!!boo hoo!!!
