Yeh, I can see it now. This guys walking down the street and the CIA just pops up and grabs him, transports him to some secret base, tortures him, then lets him go. Why? They don't have enough other people to play with?

Isn't it more likely he was in the wrong place doing the wrong thing? Then when he spilled his guts, the CIA let him go to encourage others to talk?

That is bullshit man there is a middle to it. And allowing our govt. to abuse their power makes them no better than those we fight against. We as a nation have never accepted abusing innocent people and we should not now just out of fear. We need to get our shit together and get our honor back. Now you actualy make these guys do their job and prove he is a terrorist well then I give two shits about what they do to him.

Well if you had the balls to go to Marine Corps boot camp and the heart to finish it you could answer that question yourself. Granted they are not as hard on us now as they were in the 80's but I still doubt you could make it. Oh but then you already know this to be true thats why you never enlisted and tried.
