For once I sort of agree with "carson": our actions in Vietnam were almost as terrible as the Holocaust, they were certainly terrible & immoral. The whole "Shock & Awe" business was terrible & immoral: Dresden fire Bombing was pretty terrible & killed more then Hiroshima by a cruel burning death: the USA was not very humanitarian to the American Indians: And there are lots more of these type examples. ...pjwky

Funny, but I think of white Christian fundamentalists.
Tim McViegh is especially iconic. Why don't you see every person who looks like this as a terrorist?

Bush has made sure that millions of Iraqis see people that look like McViegh as terrorists.

So, as McViegh did what Mark Rudd, Bernardine Dohrn, John Jacobs, Bill Ayers, Jim Mellen, Terry Robbins, Karen Ashley, Jeff Jones, Gerry Long, and Steve Tappis wanted to do, what do you call them.
If not terroist, are Tim McVeigh, Mark Rudd, Bernardine Dohrn, John Jacobs, Bill Ayers, Jim Mellen, Terry Robbins, Karen Ashley, Jeff Jones, Gerry Long, and Steve Tappis what you would call patriots?
And what sets them apart from Mohamed Atta? Was Otta not a patriot because he wasn't a US citizen? Or was Atta not a patriot because he wasn't a Christian?
Your response sure opens up a lot of questions about your reasoning on the topic of who is and isn't a terrorist.

And what sets them apart from Mohamed Atta? Was Otta not a patriot because he wasn't a US citizen? Or was Atta not a patriot because he wasn't a Christian? I didn't say he wasn't a patriot of his country but America was not his country

FYI Muslims are members of a relegion. Patriotism refers to a specific country while relegions does not. Your question makes no sense
