some times the terms are still arguable. many English would call the IRA that or at the very least traitors. I agree they are a liberation movement.
terrorism is also using fear to control and manipulate people. in a way carson is right since the gov does use our fears to take advantage. this would probably be classified as inactive terrorism or negative (due to the fact that its not a physical act) terrorism.
