Safer? Not Safer? I honestly don't know...what are you comparing it to? A make believe set of leaders that never got voted in? That doesn't make any sense. No one has faced the present problems Bush has and there is no comparison, why bring a Dem candidate into this?

That is my intuition as well. One odd point in Mr. Bush's address was the the second half completely contradicted the first half.
