~ Want To Stop Insurgens And Terrorist~
Is all America has to do is:
1) Take the $10,000,000,000.00 per year in oil
subsidies and start developing a Hydrogen/electric
car industry.
2) Sign the latest U.N. clean air/environmental
resolution.
3) And wait.
As soon as Abdullah’s bank account shrinks to the
low Billions he'll stop giving war money to
Al-Quiada, Hezbollah and the like! No more
money for guns, rocket launchers, Car Bombs, Bombs ,
Uranium, US College enrollment or Plane tickets.
And we will have blue skies not brown ones, and you
Will be able to roll your windows down when you’re
In traffic!

Please, are you actually aware of how much oil is used in things besides running your car? Plastics, fertilizers, etc?
That aside, Hydrogen as a concept is fucking useless. It would make a great temporary battery, solar panel generates hydrogen with excess electricity for a house, during the night the hydrogen is burnt to generate electricity.. otherwise, it's extremely difficult to transport, it will only give you back the energy you put in (minus the laws of thermodynamics) and it's impossible to store for any extended period of time.
