Shit, read up on guerilla warfare. You don't beat them on the battlefield. If they ar losing, they leave and come back later. We need to spend the time and money to infiltrate the groups like Al Quaeda and kill them from within. It won't make as much money for the Carlyle Group, Haliburton et.al. but it will work.
