Deadly force cannot be used against trespassers. Only if you feel lives or property are in imminent danger can it be used. I just don't want a bunch of drunk rednecks out declaring open season on illegals. |

Why not? What right do illegals have to cross a man's property just because it lies between them and where they want to go.

Anyway..of track a bit...but why are Texans so territorial of their "land"? I'm originally from MI, lived in OK, NY, SC, WA, VA, GA, and now AZ, and never have come across anyone as territorial of their land as a Texan??? Y'all have so much land, I don't see the problem? |
