Default Predictions For Week Four?

The only thing I can say for sure is that Memphis will get buried by Tenn here in town. (Memphis is desperate and fired the D-coordinator today, I think they are cooked for the season folks, no more bowls for them for a long while).

But...What is going to happen this weekend?

This week looks pretty boring unfortunately. ND/Mich St, Ohio State/Penn State may be somewhat interesting.

I was just looking at this...why is Mich St not ranked? I'm having some trouble with that, they are 3-0 right now.

Cal could do a lot for themselves if they could win today...as a matter of fact ASU could to.

Funny aside...About three years ago I had to travel in January from here to Kansas City to ASU's campus. It was the worst weather (cold) that Kansas City had been going through in years (like only 10 or 20F). So the flight was packed with all these people with golf clubs and short sleve shirts, no real luggage. We got to AZ and it a absolutely beautiful and 75F. I thought it was funny to see so many people dressed in golf stuff in the middle of snow in Kansas City, cracked me up.

So Dom, what the hell was up with your Irish and Mich St? That was one of the craziest games I have ever seen.

Field conditions may have helped slightly in the second half. Wet field takes away some of the speed advantages.

I knew the Irish would not be strong on defense this year, but they are worse than I imagined. Also, I know it isn't the "pro" way, but you have to stretch the field in college football. The Irish do too much of the five yard patterns. They are needed in an offense, but when you have Samardzia adn Rhema KcNight you have to go up top a little more - make those safeties and corners play honest. It also makes the LB's fall back in coverage a little longer on the draws. It is a slap in Quinn's face when the other team plays with seven in the box. If you are a Heisman candidate at the QB position you need to command more respect than that.

But atleast they gave the ball to Walker more. I still think he is what makes the offense go, he isn't given enough credit.
