Sc does pull in a lot of talents but its no better than other large programs such as Miami, FSU, Ohio State, Texas, Michigan, etc.

Top 4 state for football talent: Ohio, Florida, Texas, & Cal

First, the three places in the country for football talent are CA, TX, FL, and below the Mason-Dixon line in general...for me Ohio and Western Pennsylvania cycle in and out of the picture.

Second, I am a 'lover' of many things but you can always count on me being a 'hater' of:

USC (football)
Dallas Cowboys
NY Yankees
Duke Basketball

Hey, I am equal oportunity in that respect...you can't fault me there...

I am disappointed with the OK loss. It further degrades the Big 12. Big 12 lost market share, also Tech losing to TCU. Yes OK got hosed, but they still played like a low end team. Oregon should not have been in the game against the likes of OK. Also you guys are going to kill Peterson, he can't continue to carry the load every week.

I'm a Big 10 fan but the SEC is by far the toughest conference, they beat themselves out of the championchip game about every year.
but is Cal really the #2 team in the Pac 10?
Its a matter of opinion, I would say the Ducks (Oregon) were better even for the start of the season

I think you have this right...Bellito's team looks good right now.
