Default Red Wings vs. Penguins in NHL Finals

Should be a great series! I'm picking the Red Wings to win

Should be a great series indeed and interesting to see how they match up since they haven't played each other this season.....by the way, I'm rooting for Pittsburgh.

I'm rooting for the Pens, before the Sharks became competitive they were my favorite team what with the line of Lemieux, Jagr and Francis.

Though the Wings will be favored, I'm thinking the Pens in 6.

Speaking of the Sharks, I miss Joe Thornton, but he seems to have blossomed out there.

I'm picking Detroit in 6. As a Rangers fan, Pittsburgh has been breaking my heart for years! I hate 'em. However, Crosby is learning his crybaby antics from the best. his boss Mario!

I'm going with Pittsburgh, because I'm a Ranger fan....I'd like to believe that had the Rangers beaten the Penguins, they would have gone all the way.....Pittsburgh in seven!

I knew that if the Rangers had played anyone BUT Pitt. that they would have had a good chance to go the finals. However, they've never beaten the Pens in a playoff series and the Rangers powerplay had killed them allyear. You can get away with a shitty powerplay against a team like NJ who can't score but you can't against a team like Pittsburgh who all they do is score. The Rangers were done before the 1st puck was dropped.

Yes, I thought the Rangers actually took it to them in three of the five games, but their power play was awful and Lundqvist wasn't as sharp as Fleury.

Not only that but blowing a 3-0 lead in game 1 and losing Avery was big.
