Yes i'm aware of the sign "speak English".
I havent heard of a Buffalo Chicken cheese steak. It sounds good and now you're making me hungry
I haven't been to either Geno's or Pats but from what i know. Pat's uses Cheese Wiz on his sandwiches and Geno's uses Provolone. I do not like provolone melted so i'd probably like Pat's better.

That went to court, that "speak english" deal and Geno's won.
A Buffalo Chicken Cheese Steak is chicken instead of beef.....they put some blue cheese on it and some hot sauce, like your put on wings. Very tasty, but as you know, it's all in the bread...if the roll sucks, so does the sammich. ....LOL
You can get wiz at Geno's too, but he offers provolone...which I love.....I lay it on top of my Ziti. What's the matter with you?...that's good stuff.

You lay provolone on top of ziti? Are you sure you're a ginzo?
Provolone is good on a ham and salami sandwich. It does not taste too good when melted though. I believe that their are two cheeses in which are not good melted. Provolone being one and Swiss cheese being the other.

I'm surprised you never heard of that sandwich.....I doubt you have to travel down here to get one....check with any local Italian joint....Pizza shop...Deli. They'll be able to make you one.
I put both sausage and provolone in my Ziti........I toss a handful or so of Mozzarella in my Rigota that goes in, but it gets topped with Provolone. I make it how they like to eat it....capice?

Well, there ya go then. BTW, they try and trick you that wraps are better for you than bread...unless you are eating a wheat or spinach wrap, that's a load...if you have a white flour tortilla wrap, you may as well live a little and eat a roll.
Yes, I do my own sauce in the summer time with my home grown tomatoes..just because I wind up with so many tomatoes...LOL....not much, but I freeze a bit...it's a chore...LOL I use Ragu and doctor that up much of the time.
My Mother always does homemade but she has nothing much to do but cook.

I only had the wrap because it was premade in the refrigerator case and i was in a hurry.
I make my own sauce too but i use canned tomatoes. I always cook mine overnight in a crockpot on low for 7 hours with roughly 3lbs of sausage in it.
Yours is probably better being that it's made from jersey tomatoes

Jersey's are the best....they don't call us the Garden State for nothing. Peaches, berries...corn...all of it. I've gotten good white corn down in Florida and nice strawberries and watermellon in California, but our produce is the best all around.
Are you a Goombah? Weren't you the poster who posted all that anti-Catholic crap yesterday?

Oivey!! Why do people have to call me at 10 o'clock at night to talk about nothing?
What?.....Am I a goombah .Did my family bring pizza to America in 1897?
You bet your ass
Yes, I posted the stuff about Catholicism being a false doctrine. I have nothing against Catholics or any other religions. I just do a lot of research on shadow government and post about it here.
