Check this thread out...some interesting things about proposed uniforms and how they did or did not come to pass. Check the helmet Paul Brown first looked at for the Bengals in 68...hmmm

Pretty cool. I LOVE the Bengals uniforms now. Cleveland is still 40 years behind the times though.

The Browns had to suffer through Art Modell though, I am not sure I can blame the Browns or Cleveland for that. Yes, it would be nice to see them get back up to speed. It was nice when they finally got competitive with Pittsburgh and the Bengals.
