I was just watching something on YouTube called '9/11 The Explosive Reality', which is a compilation of media footage (some very rare) from that day. Well, I just stumbled upon something very strange and pretty alarming. At approximately 33 seconds into the clip, you see what appears to be a foreign soldier dressed in fatigues shoving the news camera away, saying in broken English and a heavy accent "building's about to collapse... nothing information."
Foreign troops in NYC on 9/11??
