Dredloct, could you please give me some proof that Druids worshiped a god that demanded human sacrifice? That is contrary to everything I have ever read about them.
I require more proof than some anthropologist dug up some old body and said they were sacraficed. Their say so is not proof. It is kind of a modern fad,to make that claim.

I think yes.

I think that that is less so now. Especially with the death of that porky pig Chester Falwell.

Do you attempt to force your religious beleifs on others?

For example....

Do you attempt to and/or support the replacement of Evolution with Creationism.

Do you attempt to and/or support forced prayers in public schools?

Do you attempt to and or support required bible readings in public schools?

Falwell was a devout member of the Christian Reconstructionist Movement, and a personal pupil of it's founder, Rushdooney.

Other adherents include Graham, Robertson, Baker, and several other TV Evangelists, plus not a few advisors to Dubya during his stint as gov. of TX and POTUS, as well as several of our legislators.

Every recent bill from Congress supporting religion, as well as such policies as Faith Based Intitiative, are the results of this organization moving behind the scenes.

Fellfar's death indeed set them back some, as has a recent downswing in voter apathy and an upswing in voter resistance to the CRM's theopolitical goals.

They are indeed down, but far from out.

There is simply no archeological or archival evidence to support the ideal that the ancient Druids sacrifised human beings, or even animals.

What the bible-thumpers have to go on is a passing mention in the writtings of a French monk made centuries after the Druids had been driven underground.

Hardly an unbiased or reliable source.

publicly ridiculing Christians for their ideas is the best solution. i love it in a social setting when people start bagging on religion. its hilarious
