Nasa has never received 40 billion in a year, Cletus.

You're just a bobbleheaded idiot, making it all up as you go.

Typical of you, Cletus.

The number I posted is what the agency has proposed.......

We get advances across the board in applied and theoretical sciences.

yeah Carson. the anti missile program has come a long way. we hope it will work when its needed, but we dont put all our eggs into one crate either. we also have capabilities to kill the missiles while they are still being armed. i doubt if carbon derived armour would have ever been discovered without space exploration. sleepless mattresses would also never have come about. i cant pin point them, but im quite sure some medicines wouldnt be around either. NASA is not a total failiure. just a major fuck-up. so lets insist it makes a profit, or cut its annual budget in half every year until it does. if they want to keep their jobs, then they will act real quick like.

It's about $17 billion.

Of course, NASA develops many energy saving technologies used by millions of Americans and NASA is developing more as we type.

Damn...I was gonna support NASA, but if Houston does, I'll have to rethink this.
