Why would I not be "happy" ?
I am young, hot, healthy, successful, financially independant, own my own home, rental properties and if things stay on coarse, will retire before 50.

As for politics, with a few speed bumps over the past decade, my political mindset is the order of the day, and getting more so with each "special election" the dems win and as November approaches.

Some days I am so content, I feel guilty...LOL

As a whole, conservatives are probably happier than liberals. But my dog is probably happier than any of us. Think about that. Now think about this: Disease, discrimination, hunger, war, hate, ... Lot of in the world but the conservatives are the happiest people.

We were in Build a Bear with some liberal friends and our kids were happy running around looking at stuff. He sat there and bitched about how Americans accessorize their stuffed animals but people are starving in 3rd world countries.

But, my dog is happier just laying on her back with her tummy up to the sum. My cats? Give 'em a bird outside the window and they're happy for hours.
