What are your opinions? Personally, I can't stand them- they're a perversion of Christianity and are frankly as bad as any mujahideen, I reckon.

Pretty much from what I've seen, yes. They're the people who go and protest at soldier's funerals and kindly inform the grieving family that said soldier is now sucking cocks in hell, or something like that.

you know and the oddest thing is when you try to talk to them- remind them about that judging lest ye be judged thing- they just tell you are wrong and ignore you. I'm talking about interviews not just yelling on the streets.

I'd say the worst is the kids. even most of the adults were raised in the church.

they came to chicago after the shopping shooting. we were ready for them. moved the funeral back and people just happened to stand in front of them so the families couldn't see or hear them.

He is a "Bible-believin’" Christian; and even though he has never read the "Good Book," he believes that every word is the "gospel truth." He goes to the Westboro Baptist Church where he attends service every Sunday. He listens raptly to Fred Phelps preach the gospel, and sings from the hymnal loudly. He professes his faith and rededicates his life to Christ, who he accepts as his personal savior. He is born again.

But while he is full of the "sweet by-and-by", he is curiously preoccupied with worldly matters. He comes knocking at your door, and asks you, quite unabashedly, whether you would sign a petition barring homosexuals from teaching in public schools, and a constitutional amendment banning same-sex marriage. You say no, politely; but he will not take "no" for an answer. He offers to sell you tickets to a church-sponsored dinner where the featured speaker is David Duke.

"He’s a good Christian," he says, "just the sort we need nowadays."
