"Warren Jeffs Caught"

Fugiitive polygamist leader and all around wacko, Warren Jeffs, was caught by the Nevada Highway Patrol today. What I can't understand is, WHO are these crazies that join these cults? Time to brew some Jim Jones "Kool-Aid" for the rest of these flakes.

Jeffs is one of hundreds of religious fundemetalists who uses a holy book literally for self serving and evil deeds. You find these people in every religion and sometimes they are more destructive than an isolated criminal because they use religion to manipulate and control large numbers of people. All faiths have these sociopaths and it seems every year a few new ones emerge. There are also shades of gray with religious fundemetalism in that some charismatic leaders are not quite as evil as Jeffs,Jones,Bin Laden etc but use their holy book for group control with literal translations.

How would you rate Benny Hill than and others of his ilk? I watch him every once in awhile when I need a laugh. Here we have an auditorium filled with thousands of SUPPOSEDLY sane people who actually BELIEVE this chatlatan can HEAL the sick. The "sickly" come up on stage on crutches, or deaf, etc. and once Benny slaps them on the forehead and yells "HEAL", they fall to the stage and when they get up, they can both hear and throw away their crutches. C'mon! Gimme a f*cking break! To top it off, at the end of the show, Benny "prays" over letters sent in by the sickly with their ailments and they are cured as well. Of course, it helps to send in a "prayer donation" otherwise, you're shit out of luck!

I LOVE.....LOVE.....LOVE.....LOVE to argue Religion with these nuts. The Christians are not Christians. The Jews are not Jews. The Muslims are not Muslims. They ALL prey on the vunerable, and weak. The fringe groups from ALL denominations are a blight on society.

God can heal people but He does not do it for show, fame or money. Benny Hill is a magician that uses his "tricks" to fool the masses.

I feel you Chat, but the reality is...somebody is giving this guy money! As a matter of fact, he is world-wide, he is stacking paper in Dallas, TX and then in Sao Paulo Brasil. I guess me and you have x-ray vision, becuase we see right through this grifter. It tells that we aa world are in a sad state of affairs if we need to spend our hard earned money on this guy.
